 A Brief History

Precision Appliance Repair was founded by Warren Naujalis in 1998. A graduate of Baystate School of Technology I hold certificates in Major Appliance and Refrigeration Repair. I also hold a Universal Refrigerant Recovery License and an ASE Refrigerant Recovery Certificate.
After Graduating in 1991 I worked for several Major Appliance and Refrigeration Repair companies honing my skills. By 1998 I was ready to set out on my own.
My goal was to provide Honest, Affordable, and Dependable Appliance Repairs to my customers and always show them the Respect and Gratitude they deserve.
I take great pains to make Precision Appliance Repair Efficient, Convenient, and Affordable and I treat all my customers like family.

I specialize in the repair, maintenance, and installation of major household appliances.
Such as: Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Gas and Electric Ranges, Cooktops, and Ovens, Dishwashers, Microwaves, Compactors, Disposals, and some Central Air Conditioning as well.

I service most major brands and stock literally hundreds of parts on my service van.
This large parts inventory allows me to complete service calls in one trip most of the time which saves my customers time and money.
All parts ordering, and repairs are performed by me the owner which makes for a very efficient streamlined process.
